Weekly Team Meetings

These meetings take place every Monday at 1pm PT.

They function as a method to get the team on the same track for the week and to focus everyone's goals. This can be used to pinpoint or address the previous week's pain points or successes, as well as address any areas of communication that need improvement.

These meetings typically last for 1 hour and consist of the project manager giving their plan, holding new feature presentations, and any presentation on a topic an engineer may give that they believe are important.
